(215 Looney Road, Piqua, Ohio 45356) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the construction of an Agricultural Facility located south of CR 1400 North, east of Old SR 15 and west of CR 100 in Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to a tributary to Preston Miles Ditch.
