The Troyer Group is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Old US 30 at Fox Farm Road, INDOT Project No. 0710956 Designation No. 0710956, Sections 6 and 7, Township 32N, Range 6E. The project is an intersection improvement at Old US 30 at Fox Farm Road. The intersection will be reconstructed with a single lane roundabout. Runoff from the site will be discharged to an enlarged existing retention basin on the property on the southeast corner of the site. No existing municipal storm sewer or adjacent water sources will directly receive water runoff. Questions or comments should be directed to Ryan J.
