The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Old US 30 Corridor, Added Travel Lanes, INDOT Project No. 0810103 Designation No. 0810103 located at Section 6 & 7, Township 32N, Range 6E. The project is a roadway corridor improvement on Old US 30 between Walnut Creek and Fox Farm Road. The roadway will be reconstructed as a three-lane corridor. Runoff from the site will discharge to an existing retention basin on the property on the south side of the Old US 30 (Lake St.) and Fox Farm Intersection. No existing municipal storm sewer or adjacent water sources will directly receive water runoff.
