The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Intersection Improvement at Old US 30 Corridor and Zimmer Road, INDOT Project No. 0710955, Designation No. 0710955, located at Sections 1 & 12, Township 32N, Range 5E, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County. The project is an intersection improvement at Old US 30 and Zimmer Road. The intersection will be reconstructed with a single lane roundabout. Runoff from the site will discharge to an open ditch. The open ditch will drain along an existing legal drain and outlet to the Tippecanoe River.
