State Road 13, Syracuse, IN 46567, is filing a Notice of Intent letter for the above referrenced facility to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Storm water run off from the site flows to an onsite retention pond. In an unlikely event of an pond overflow, run off would move toward Shock Lake.
