The Town of Syracuse, 310 N. Huntington St, Syracuse, Indiana, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Installation of roads and utilities for the Syracuse North Business Park, at the SW corner of US 6 and State Road 13.
