In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of the Texas Roadhouse in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29 of Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana is scheduled to commence on or after June 15th, 2018 and construction should be completed by December 31, 2018. The project is located 700 West 300 North Warsaw, Indiana in Kosciusko County; Run-off from the project site will discharge into the Tippecanoe River – Deeds Creek – Pine Lake.
