LEGAL NOTICE Dale Custer, for Superior Developing, LLC, a proposed site located on the north side of US Highway #30, about 1/4 mile West of County Road 325E, being part of the southeast quarter of section 14, township 32 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with "Rule 5", adopted in 2003 and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters are the Gochenour Drain. The contents of this plan has been submitted to the City of Warsaw Plan Commission Office for their review.
