LEGAL NOTICE Dale Custer for SUPERIOR DEVELOPING, LLC, a proposed site located on the north side of U.S. Highway #30 about 1/4- mile West of County Road 325E, being part of the southwest quarter of section 13, together with part of the southeast quarter of section 14, all being in township 32 north, range 6 eat, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with "Rule 5", adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters is the Gochenour Drain. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the City of Warsaw Plan Commission Office for their review. This office is responsible for monitoring conformance with the Plan. Said Plan is available for review by the public at the developer's office at 2816 E.
