Work is to commence during January 2021 and should be completed by December 2025. The project is located at 3160 N. Stoneburner Road, Warsaw, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, part of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 33 North, Range 6 East. Receiving waters for this site is Big Chapman Lake.
