LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY Speedway LLC, (500 Speedway Drive, Enon, OH 45323) is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Speedway #6139, located at 2125 S St. Rd. 13, Pierceton, IN 46562. Project location is the NW intersection of SR 13 and US 30. Run-off from the project site will discharge to County storm sewers to Grassy Creek, then to Robinson Lake/Ridinger Lake.
