Alchem Plastics Corporation, dba Spartech Plastics, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter for their facility located at 3454 North Detroit Street; Warsaw, Indiana 46582-2284 to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to renew their Storm Water Discharge Permit and comply with the requirements under 3237 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities.
