LEGAL NOTICE In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given for a new northbound lane road widening of Silveus Crossing located between C.R. 300 N and U.S. 30 in Warsaw, Indiana. The Project includes new northbound lane, turn lanes, and utilities. The Project is scheduled to commence in July, 2010, and construction should be completed in September, 2010. More specifically, the Project is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 31, T 33 N, R 6 E. Receiving waters are Tippecanoe River.
