Robinson Construction, Inc. (445 East 200 North, Warsaw, Indiana 46582) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Chore Time Facilities located at 410 North Higbee Street, Milford, Indiana 46542. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Preston Miles Ditch and further to Turkey Creek.
