PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT Planck Construction Company, Inc., 115 E. Capac Road, Imlay City, Michigan, is submitting Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Water Quality, of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for Storm Water Discharge associated with Construction Activity on a tract located on State Road 13 just north of Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, Indiana, for construction of a new retail store.
