Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of a soil borrow facility in connection with the reconstruction of State Road 15 over the Norfolk & Southern Railroad located in Claypool (INDOT Contract B-29183). The borrow facility is located in Section 26 of Seward Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and is scheduled to commence on February 13, 2012 and construction should be completed by November 30, 2012. The project is located at 8611S 500W, Silver Lake, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Diamond Lake. Questions or comments should be directed to Mr. Matthew G.
