NIPSCO - NOTICE OF INTENT Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), 2755 Raystone Drive, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383, is filing a Notice of Intent with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with installation of approximately 2.5 miles of gas transmission main from the Trupointe Cooperative facility. The project corridor begins northwest of the intersection of North County Road 100 East and East County Road 1350 North and proceeds eastward adjacent to Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to North County Road 300 East.
