The Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), located at 801 E. 96th Avenue, Merrillville, IN 46410, is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the construction of an electrical substation upgrade located at 409 N. McKinley Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the City of Warsaw Storm Sewer System and Pike Lake.
