Notice of Intent The City of Nappanee intends to file a federal application with the USDA Rural Development, Columbia City Office, on or before September 1, 2013. The purpose of this funding application is to determine the amount of financial assistance in the form of a low interest loan and grant for a new Wet Weather Conveyance and Treatment Facility Project.
