Box 11311, Fort Wayne, IN. 46857) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Warsaw Retirement Community located on Jalynn St. 1/4 mile West of the intersection of Jalynn St. & N. Detroit St. (S.R. 15), Warsaw, IN., also being located in the NW of Sec. 32, T33N, R6E. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Tippecanoe River.
