LEGAL NOTICE Dale Alley for MENZIE REESE AMERICAN LEGION POST #258, a proposed building located on the north side of Arnolt drive about 700 feet east of Van Ness Road, being lot number 3 in Arnolt Industrial Park in Pierceton, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with "Rule 5", adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters is the Shanton Drain. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District Office for their review. This office is responsible for monitoring conformance with the Plan. Said Plan is available for review by the public at the developer's office at 104 North First Street, Pierceton, Indiana, 46562, or call 574-594-2531. Starting date for this project is August 2090.
