NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY The Town of Mentone of 201 West Main Street, Mentone, Indiana 46539 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: North Interceptor Storm Sewer. Run-off from the project site will flow overland as well as through a municipal storm sewer collection system that is located within the Swick-Meredith Ditch watershed.
