Cotter St., South Bend, Indiana, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a new commercial building and parking lot, including underground utilities on the site located 400 feet northwest of the intersection of Parker St. and Husky Trail in the City of Warsaw, Indiana.
