Dustin Manns, 1947 South Old State Road 15, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, is submitting a Notice Of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with requirements in 327 IHC 15-5-7 and 327 IAC 15-5-7-6 to discharge run off water from vacant lot on the south end of property towards Walnut Creek. Construction activity is to commence with: Jack Keirn Excavating LLC, in Warsaw, Indiana, completing site project excavation work by making ditches for the INDOT Plus Kosciusko County, along State Road 15 and 200 South and grading lot to install a yard.
