Public Notice Louis Dreyfus Agricultural Industries, LLC, 7344 S.R. 15 S, Claypool, IN 46510 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Louis Dreyfus 4,000 MTPD Soybean Processing Plant and Biodiesel Facility - Containment / Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 7344 S.R. 15 S, Claypool, IN 46510.
