In compliance with Rule 5, notice is hereby given that LOH Bookkeeping & Tax Service, 10313 N 500 W, Milford, IN 46542 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities for the construction of an Office Building with drives and parking on their property located, 1,000 ft west of the CR 1350 N and SR 19 Intersection, Nappanee, IN 46550 in Section 1 of Scott Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the construction site will discharged overland into Army Ditch Headwaters watershed.
