In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Scott Hesser, 2455 W 700 N Leesburg, IN 46538 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of his intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located at CR 800 N and CR 200 W Milford, IN 46542. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Davison Ditch.
