In compliance with 327-IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Bouse Farms LLC, 2829 S 950 W, Mentone, Indiana 46539 are submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located at 6224 S 400 W Claypool, Indiana 46510. Run-Off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Sloan Ditch.
