In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Hog Heaven LLC, 3063 W 950 S, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982 and Freedom Pork Farms LLC, 4207 W 800 S Claypool, Indiana 46510 are submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Deapartmnt of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located at 9710 S 100 E Claypool, Indiana 46510. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Plunge Creek.
