Leesburg (SR-13) Group, LLC, 5282 Booth Road, Liberty, IN, is submitting Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Water Quality, of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for Storm Water Discharge associated with Construction Activity at 4739 N SR 13, Leesburg, IN, for construction of a new retail store. The site is located south of the intersection of E500N and State Road 13. The runoff will be retained onsite.
