NOTICE The Town of Leesburg (102 S. Pearl Street, Leesburg, Indiana 46538), is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Leesburg DR2 Stormwater System Improvements. This project will occur in Leesburg, Indiana 46538. Run-off from the project site will discharge to INDOT ditch west of State Road 15 and then to Kohler Ditch.
