NOTICE OF INTENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
Lake Wawasee Partners, LLC, 5282 Booth Road, Liberty, IN, is submitting Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Water Quality, of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for Storm Water Discharge associated with Construction Activity at 8899 Black Point Rd. Syracuse, IN, for construction of a new retail store. The site is located at the intersection of NE Wawasee Dr. and Black Point Rd. The runoff will be detained onsite and released to the county right-of-way ditch at an allowable rate.
