Notice of Intent Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners (PO Box 224, Leesburg, IN 46538) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lake Tippecanoe Dredging Dewatering Basins, located on the west side of EMS T49 Lane, south of CR 650 N and north of EMS T2 Lane, east of CR 675 E, near North Webster, Indiana.
