The Koskiusco County Board of Commissioners (100 W. Center Street, Room 220, Warsaw, IN 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the road project on Kosciusko CR 100 E from CR 1300 N to CR 1400 N. Runoff from the project site will discharge into Turkey Creek.
