Kosciusko County is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Old US 30 Road Improvements – Zimmer Road to Walnut Creek project, located 0.7 miles east of the intersection of Zimmer Road and Old US 30, in Sections 1, 6, 7 and 12, T-32-N, R-5-E in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the west portion of the project will drain to an existing storm sewer that runs northwest to a legal drain which discharges into the Tippecanoe River. The east portion of the project drains into Walnut Creek.
