Keeler-Webb Associates, 486 Gradle Drive, Carmel, IN 46032 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the City of Warsaw Sanitary and Stormwater Department and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Warsaw Stormwater Management Ordinance, as well as the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 and 327 IAC 15-13, to discharge stormwater from the construction activities for the following project.
This is Public Notice in compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of a 4,165 sq. ft. Restaurant Building on Lot B, and a 8,243 sq.ft. Retail Building on Lot C, for JDF Development, LLC, located at Lots B and C Meijer-Warsaw Subdivision, and also known as 1130-1158 US Highway 30 East, Warsaw, Indiana, in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, is scheduled to begin immediately and construction should be completed by year end 2018. More specifically, the project is located 410 15’ 44.3” North latitude, 850 50’ 26.0” West longitude, also the 2.50 acres is part of the Northwest quarter of Section 4, Township 32 North, Range 6 East. Additionally, all stormwater which leaves this site will discharge via storm sewers to the regional retention pond for Meijer-Warsaw Subdivision, then to the Deeds Creek.
