NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Warsaw Community School Corporation is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Jefferson Elementary School located at 100 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590; Runoff from the project site will eventually discharge to Winona Lake.
