Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of a soil disposal site, in connection with INDOT contract R-33251 on Lincoln Street in Nappanee, located in Section 1 of Jefferson Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana is scheduled to commence on June 8, 2011 and construction should be completed by June 9, 2016. The project is located at 13266 County Road 300 West, Milford, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will flow overland to the east and discharge into to Turkey Creek.
