LEGAL NOTICE Rebecca Scott, for the Indiana Baptist Convention Foundation, a proposed dining hall and parking lot located on the East side of EMS T52 Lane, about 1700 feet South of County Road 650N, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with "Rule 5", adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters is James Lake. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District Office for their review. This office is responsible for monitoring conformance with the Plan. Said Plan is available for review by the public at the developer's office at 8 EMS T52 Lane, North Webster, Indiana 46555, or call 812-360-1881. Starting date for this project is the fall of 2013.
