Indiana-American Water Company, Inc. (INAWC) of 555 E. County Line Rd., Suite 201, Greenwood, IN 46143, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Argonne Road Water Main Replacement starting 100-feet south of the intersection of Dubois Drive and connecting 88-feet east of the intersection of U.S. 30, and starting at the intersection of Jefferson Street and connecting at the intersection of Hendricks Street. This project will occur in Warsaw, Indiana 46581. Run-off from the project site will discharge to White Ditch.
