NOTICE OF INTENT – IN WARSAW LAKE CITY LLC IN Warsaw Lake City LLC (550 South Main Street, Suite 300, Greenville, South Carolina 29601) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with RealtyLink/Staples located at 1050 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
