The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: 300 North Trails Improvement. Located in Plain Township, Section 29-32 T-33-N, R6E, Kosciusko County. This project consists of a New intersection improvement for the intersection of 300 N and Shelden Street. Stormwater will flow into the City of Warsaw storm sewer and then into the Tippecanoe River. The intersection improvement will include a new roundabout for the intersection and trail extension.
