HSB Architects + Engineers (2777 E Camelback Road, Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85015) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with a Panda Express restaurant located E of Anchorage Road along Lake City Highway as part of the new Meijer’s Development. Runoff from the project site will immediately discharge to an existing retention area, ultimately discharging to Pike Lake.
