Harrison Lake Development, Inc. (11490 Tangle Tree Ln, Granger, IN 46530) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with their new facility located on the East side of Husky Drive 1500' +/- South of CR #200. Land disturbing activities are scheduled to commence in December 2020 and site construction should be completed in November 2024. Runoff will discharge to the Deeds Creek.
