Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners Grace College is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Grace College Residence Hall 2016 located within the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and along Beta Drive within the Grace College Campus in Winona Lake, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge into on-site storm sewers and retention systems, and will ultimately contribute to the Tippecanoe River – Deeds Creek – Pine Lake watershed.
