Public Notice Grace College & Seminary, 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Grace College & Seminary – New Student Housing located on Beta Drive, adjacent to Beta Hall and Cooley Science Center. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the adjacent lake/wetland and Deeds Creek.
