Flexaust Company, Inc. (602 Leiter Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Flexaust Company, Inc. Building Expansion project. The project is located at 602 Leiter Drive in Warsaw, Indiana. The project is located in the NW1/4 of 7-32-6, City of Warsaw, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the project will discharge into an onsite retention basin with infiltration occurring within the basin and ultimately to Walnut Creek-Eagle Creek/Center Lake.
