Joe Callaghan, for Fahl Manufactured Homes, Inc., for a proposed 16 Lot Subdivision, located at the end of Portside Drive and Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, and South of County Road 450N, being in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with 'Rule 5', adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters are the Tippecanoe River. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District Office for their review. This office is responsible for monitoring conformance with the Plan.
