"Explorer Van Company, US 30 & Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46581, is submitting an NOI letter for our facility to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Runoff from the facility settles in the low lying area to the south of the manufacturing operations. Extremely heavy rains could potentially discharge its storm water into Huffer Ditch which eventually discharges into the Tippecanoe River and then to the Ohio River.
