Explorer Van Company, located at 2749 North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, Indiana is submitting a renewal NOI letter for our facility to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Storm water runoff settles to an onsite low lying area to the south of the manufacturing operations. Extremely heavy rains could potentially discharge its storm water into Huffer Ditch which eventually discharges into the Tippecanoe River and then to the Ohio River.
